So KU beat Davidson by two points to advance to it’s first Final Four since 2003. Don, the roomies, and I all got wasted off of some quality beer bongs and cashed a keg. We live 14 blocks from downtown and could hear the ruckus out our front doors. Highlights of the night included no-holds-barred outdoor drinking, 1 million high fives, jumping into peoples convertibles, Eric having a cop take away his whiskey only to give it back after he pleaded “it’s only a plastic bottle.” It worked. We crashed a house party on the pretense of having fixed their toilet 2 weeks before, got free pizza courtesy of Danny, and Joseph hopped the curb on the way home and we got to change his tire.

Don is in Kansas, LANDED, enough said….
Just another boring day at the office. Shirts can in and I decided to make a not so funny edit about running a rollerblading company in between the tedious work of sorting clothes and packing boxes. Not as planned out and choreographed as Oli Short’s intro in Clip4, but who’s trying.
Our Spring ‘08 tees came in on the freight truck today at 7:00 am. I beer bonged a half pot of coffee and got to work unloading the truck. The roadie who had driven here from LA was Union and didn’t help me with the packages, asshole. To add injury to insult he didn’t have a dolly either. I got him back though and told him he could continue down our narrow street. Gotcha biotch. He tried his best, but he got stuck on the turn, the last 2 freighters didn’t, but this guy wasn’t pro enough to ride for Vibralux Denim.As you can see from the pictures the new fullprint, slime, hate, and keyhole tees are in and should be at your favorite local or online shop by Friday. The last night of the California trip and Farmer and secret agent 101 surprised me with a birthday cake, as I was eating donuts, and we all sang a silly song. Also I got a 6 pack of Blue Moon so that I could get tipsy before filming the final night session. Clearly you see the new shirts that ship to shops on Monday, the Hate tee, Keyhole hooded shortsleeve, and the new fullprint tee. Group shot to cap off the photo shoot and some ad previews for you.
Michael Garlinghouse, the newest addition to our am team came into town for a few days for Spring Break. It was really terrible out and rainy this particular Sunday, but the weather finally broke and we got to cruise a few spots. Today was the last full day in California and we made the most of it. We started off spending 30 minutes in Amoeba music store, then 30 minutes outside on a bus bench waiting for Alex. Haffey got a $40.00 parking ticket and saw the cop who gave it to him, fucking heroes. We went to a curve ledge and got the boot from a self proclaimed “poor Jew” just trying to survive, whom couldn’t afford the litigation that would happen when we fell. He dug us, but wasn’t allowed to follow his heart, but his sympathy left us all with a warm sense of ….. We went and shredded in Griffith Park afterwards and met up with Fabiola and Becky. An intense bank session happened and Farmer found out what happens when you mix negative and kinky. We were all wasted tired and went downtown to grub out before heading to the laundromat to shoot some ads and product shot. I got ambushed by Farmer and Trudie with a birthday cake and a six pack of Bluemoon. Great friends. We all had donuts and messed around for an hour or so before we went to the last night spot. Alex rocked the hell out of an out ledge to drop and then we went back to Champ’s house for Singstar, why not, it was a recurring theme. Got to bed around 4am, woke up at 7:30am, sat in traffic for an hour (Thanks Jan), and now I got to sit in the airport for 3 hours thanks to Jan, thus negating the advantage of a direct flight. I got my layover hungover at 9am.
We drove down to Long Beach to get JC’s lights and to drive around for fun. We spent 6-7 hours in the car this day, sh@t’s weak. Then after the Laker’s didn’t cover the spread we picked Jero up from the airport and promptly put him to work shooting the cover for “Through the Looking Glass” Farmer’s life on DVD. Yeah day 6 wasn’t even worth talking about.
The next few days got pretty rough, Singstar until the wee hours, too much Whiskey, no skating on silly Sunday, dead space for 3 hours and sunburn, ice cream carts and thrift stores, Starbucks in LA, and losing money at the Casino. We should skate soon.
