“Hey lets start a little earlier tomorrow so we can get to BFree’s going away party at a good time!” None of us considered traffic.  We left at 5 pm and arrived at 5 hips (as seen in On Top) at 7 pm.  We warmed up and filmed a couple jams before the sun went down.  Once it was dark we carried the generator and lights down the rail road tracks from the van and got some more deals in the dark.  The mosquitoes feasted on us like it was a Chinese buffet.  After a successful session everyone packed up and were ready to hit the party.  Right before we got in the van we were reminded of a bank to jersey barrier on the other side of the highway.

AJ cruised the van across the road and over the curb, through the grass to a ditch next to some railroad tracks.  We hung out with some big cockroaches and got some more deals and called it a night.  The 2 hour drive to 5 hips in traffic was only a 25 minute drive back.  After sprucing up a bit, we piled back into the van and headed to BFree’s homie’s apartment where we thoroughly enjoyed some freestylin’ battles.

“We have to go to bed early tonight so we can skate the afternoon tomorrow before heading to Denton.”  Shortly after, we watched 8 am rolled around…
