okay i defiantly see why someone got let go… this makes roller blading look so bad and because its posted as an official razors podcast video is the icing on the cake… makes razors look bad, they are a major part of the industry and this video puts a huge damper on razors image to parents.

If i had kids and they were watching something captioned with all my niggas and bitches/hoes/slut….have sex/fuck chicks so on and so forth you bet i would never support said company that “supports” that type of vulgar behavior and language…..

long story short, major blow to the image of roller blading to parents… and remember kids don’t buy skates parents do.

think about it…if any other person working for any other industry posted this with company templates or promos they would be fired and the company would have to spend thousands to restore their image to the consumer.

wouldn’t have just asking for the video to be removed been a lot less detrimental? gregs got a point, but they could have just asked to remove the razors ident, have a chat about some shit, try and iron their issues out and get on with it. the video was taken down, that should have been more then enough. a couple of hundred views, probably less, and he gets fired. the video is obviously a joke, and these podcasts aren’t exactly aimed at kids, not that i’m trying to prove greg wrong. i’m sure you know what i mean.

There’s been so much speculation, and I think it pretty much comes down to the Razors owner (whose name I’ve forgotten) living in the moment, getting very jealous, and feeling offended by Don’s absence at SDSF. By jealous I mean you can see AJ has his whole crew there having fun, making a great (well mostly funny, but so funny it can be called great) “edit” first take. Again this is just my own speculation, but I’m guessing he felt like, “How dare they use my rider and crib to promote their own shit.” He also seems like he’s a control freak. I get this impression because what I think really offended him was what could have seemed like a mockery of the Razors “image”. Most of us as bladers though can understand that this was not a mockery, but instead pure fun. That coupled with Don not going to SDSF probably caused him to make a rash decision, which I’m betting he already regrets. He also seems like the kind of person to be too scared to quickly snag him back, just cuz it seems kinda “soft” and Razors does not have a “soft” image.
